Very very very rude, rude, rude staff! Yelling and slamming objects at the slightest inconvenience to them. Moldy shower curtains, watched them clean dishes and glasses with same sponges previously used in the bathroom. No housekeeping after 2pm!

Large studio room with kitchen, refrigerator, and balcony. Nice large bed. Close to beach. Some downstairs outside noise. Parking available. Breakfast was ok.

The kitchen top stove did not work. Needs new skillet and kitchen utensils.

A real spacious room very beautifully decorated in Thai style. The breakfast was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Big bathtub and everything was clean.

For those complaining about no lift. True there are stairs. Swimming pool needs a renovation.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating The unit was roomy and had character It was close to the beach restaurants and food and drink market

It was noisy at night due to the bars close by But the staff moved me to a unit with the bedroom at the back where I didn't experience the noise issue

Nirvana Boutique Suites is a hidden gem. It has an old world homely feel. It is clean, well located and the staff are so friendly.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind as well.

Large bedrooms with actual hot water from the sink tap first we have had in over 2 months travelling .the ladies on reception first class arranged taxis to the airport and buffet breakfast which had everything a European eats even nice cornflakes would recommend staying there .

A large room, even most likely an apartment with a kitchen, a living room and a separate bedroom. Large balcony with table and chairs. Delicious breakfasts with everything you need.

The room is on the 4th floor, I had to climb the stairs with a small child. The towels in the room are old.

Nice location, close to a busy but nice beach yet on a quiet ish street.

Dated decor, small breakfast room , didn’t clean my room for days and fourth floor with no lift, take your hiking boots.

Location is great. Room size is perfect. Not a fan of the bed frames though. Mattresses were comfy but I don't like the wooden skirt around the bed. I hit my shin on many occasions.
